R.I.P.P.E.D is a brand new class that is growing in popularity in the fitness world. This class is designed to be a “one stop body shock” that is going to get you R.I.P.P.E.D! Through Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance training, Stacy will give you an all over body makeover! Modified for every fitness level, you get to decide how intense you want your workout to be! Come check out this fun class!

Women's Fitness - Booty Blast - West
Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30pm ~ Turbo Jam
This is a brand new class that will combine cardio and specific exercises that will focus on all three major muscles of the buttocks ~ the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus, working them from many angles to lift, firm, and shape without adding bulk to the thighs. This targeted training will reduce the hips, slim the thighs, and lift the butt. We will end with an awesome ab workout and a relaxing cool down!

Escape for Teens - West
ESCAPE is TCC West's Mid-Week Teen program. If you're looking for something exciting to do for your teens each week then this is the place to take them! It's jam packed with games and other teens to help them build stronger relationships and just have a great time! This is a great night for them to ESCAPE from their week of school, homework and the stressful world that surrounds them each day at school! It's always a BLAST so get them here and we'll show 'em the fun!

Teen Camp 180 - All Locations
922 Ministries is having its summer camp July 15th - 19th at PRESCOTT CHAPEL ROCK! This will be an amazing week for your teen to get connected with other teens and with God! The week will be packed with: crazy activities & events, a rock wall, zip line, team building activities, basketball ,and a WHOLE LOT MORE...not to mention great lessons that could change your teen’s life! Jay and the 922 team have so much planned for this week ~ it’s gonna be insane!

Play Time - West
TCC’s Minister Jake McAllister’s wife, Alexia McAllister, will be hosting a play day for moms with preschoolers (0-4) on April 25th. They are getting together at TCC to watch their kiddos play on the preschooler playground (weather pending) or Out The Door room! The kids will love playing together and the moms will enjoy their time to visit with our other TCC preschool moms. We hope you and your preschooler will want to get involved in this fun group!
